Campaign Planner Guide
Move from "writing articles" to "managing a publication." Learn to schedule content and automate internal linking.
1. The Site Knowledge Base
Why it matters: This is the "Brain" of your internal linking. The AI checks this list to find relevant articles to link TO.
When you connect a site, click the green "Sync Site" button.
- Smart Filtering: The sync ONLY imports "Published" posts. It ignores drafts or scheduled content to prevent broken links (e.g., `?p=123`).
- Frequency: Sync whenever you publish new content externally, so the AI knows about it.
2. Strategy Chat
Don't know what to write? Ask the Strategy AI.
Brainstorming
Ask: "Give me 10 article ideas for a car detailing business in Miami." The AI will analyze your niche and suggest topics.
Direct Scheduling
When you like an idea, click the "Add to Schedule" button directly in the chat. It moves straight to your planner.
3. The Scheduler Workflow
This is your content calendar. Articles here are either "Planned" (waiting for you) or "Scheduled" (waiting for WordPress).
The "Sync & Archive" Button
Once a scheduled post goes Live on your WordPress site, a green button will appear next to it in the scheduler.
- Click It: The system verifies the live URL (ensuring it's clean).
- Sync: It adds this new article to your "Site Knowledge" automatically.
- Archive: It removes the task from your to-do list.
