By accessing or using SyncRanker, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1Service Usage & Responsibility

You retain full ownership of the content you generate. However, you are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality. SyncRanker is a tool; you are the publisher.

2No SEO Guarantees

Disclaimer: Search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.) change daily. While SyncRanker uses best practices, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or indexing speed.

3Third-Party Dependencies

Our service relies on third-party providers (Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, OpenAI). Disruptions in these services are outside our control. You agree to comply with Google’s Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

4Payments & Refunds

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our Refund Policy. Chargebacks without prior contact will result in a permanent ban.

5Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncRanker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or revenue) resulting from the use of our service.
