At SyncRanker, we strive to provide high-quality AI SEO tools. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our services.

1Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:

You have generated fewer than 3 articles using our AI tools.
The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
Your account has not been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service or Fair Usage Policy.

Note: Refunds are not automatically processed for subscription renewals. We send reminder emails 3 days before renewal.

3Processing Refunds

To request a refund, please email contact@syncranker.com with your transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

Partial months of service.
"Change of mind" after extensive usage of AI credits.
Technical issues resulting from your own WordPress configuration (though our support team will help you fix them).
