Fair Usage Policy

1Automated Generation Limits

Users are allocated a specific number of "Credits" or "Words" per month based on their subscription tier. Attempts to bypass these limits via multiple accounts, script injection, or automated bots will result in immediate account termination.

2Prohibited Content

You may not use SyncRanker to generate:

• Content that promotes illegal acts, violence, or self-harm.
• Sexually explicit material or hate speech.
• Disinformation or "Fake News" designed to manipulate public opinion.
• Mass-generated SEO spam intended solely to manipulate search rankings without providing user value.

3API Abuse

Reverse engineering the SyncRanker API, sharing authentication tokens, or reselling access to the underlying generation engine without a proper Enterprise License is strictly prohibited.

4Enforcement

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend any account that triggers our anomaly detection systems for excessive usage patterns inconsistent with standard human operation.
